Oloye Seun Dudubasewa is a LASU graduate and 3MTT/Airtel NEXTGEN Fellow serving as Production Line Recipient & Stacker | Lead Sales & Supply Driver at a water production company in Mushin, Lagos.

Acquitted after a wrongful accusation at Ibara, he carries one verdict: “Discharged. Struck out.” That freedom became his message: Freedom in the Subconscious.

His assignment: On the Mushin factory floor, he receives and stacks every pack from the sachet water machine and automatic bottle water shrink machine. As lead driver, he then delivers directly to distributors and corporate clients — Eko Support Services, Air Peace, Metaberg Metal Company, Sabasteal, and others.

His turning point came when senior staff Peter offered 2,000 naira from fuel theft. Oloye Seun refused, returned 1,000 naira to HR, and chose Psalm 4:8: “I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep.”

After Peter, John, and Godwin failed to resume duty, the MD engaged him directly with duties Peter once handled. Now he oversees the chain from machine to market — ensuring no “cut,” no short delivery, no “unreasonable payments.”

His standard: Proverbs 16:8 — “Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right.” His truck dashboard holds his LASU degree, 3MTT badge, Bible, and a “Returned to HR” note as daily witnesses.
